BIA Parade of Homes
September 1-16, 2018
This year, the Parade of Homes will be held at Eversole Run in Jerome Village near Dublin!
Volunteers are needed in shifts staffing two of the model homes at the Parade. This means that we have 290 volunteer shifts to fill, and we need your help!
Volunteers will receive:
- Free parking and admission to the Parade of Homes ($20 value)
- A Habitat for Humanity t-shirt to be worn during their shift
- Habitat for Humanity will earn $20/hr for every hour volunteered. With every volunteer position filled, we expect to earn over $20,000 to help us build homes for local families in need of housing!
Volunteers are not required to be knowledgeable about Habitat for Humanity. Builders of the model homes will provide instructions upon arrival. Volunteers must be able to stand for the duration of their shift.
On weekends, the first shift is 11am-3pm and the second shift is 3pm-7pm.
On weekdays, the first shift is 12pm-3:30pm and the second shift is 3:30-7pm.
Volunteering with us at the Parade of Homes is both a great opportunity to help support Habitat for Humanity of Delaware & Union Counties as well as gain free admission to the Parade of Homes!
