Volunteers are the driving force behind Habitat for Humanity of Delaware & Union Counties – those dedicated individuals who contribute a day, a week, a few months, and in some cases many years to give Habitat’s vision a tangible form.
Volunteers, together with future homeowners, provide most of the house-building labor. They also help select the families who participate in the program and guide them through the entire process. Volunteers help us to establish and maintain relationships with individuals, businesses, and faith groups within our community. Volunteers also help operate and promote our ReStore.
Simply put – only with the help of volunteers will we be able to accomplish our mission.
