Critical home repairs are available to homeowners in Delaware & Union Counties with income below 80% of the county median income. Repairs can be up to $15,000. The repairs made in this program require no repayment and will continue to be offered until all available grant funds have been depleted.

We offer company team building activities for groups of five to ten. Participants in our company team building opportunities develop leadership skills, experience a sense of achievement, and learn new home building skills - all while working together to strengthen our community.

Our ReStore in Delaware, Ohio accepts donations and sells a constantly changing inventory of diverse, high-quality merchandise to the public at a fraction of the retail price, while diverting reusable items from local landfills. Sales of donated items help us partner with local families to build safe and affordable homes in Delaware & Union Counties.
